Marketing and Sales Professional position

This position requires a person who is friendly, mature, organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. This is a fulltime position, which can start as part-time (3 days a week).

TEI Web Solutions is (TEI) a web design & development company in North Vancouver, established in 2005. Moving to new office, we are expanding our team. TEI is looking for a sale & marketing professional to manage new products launching, create new leads, and running the new CRM solutions with the director of the company to do the daily tasks fasters. TEI is a successful development team, and you will have the opportunity of joining a fun job environment.


• Assess business opportunities and develop marketing strategies
• Prepare marketing information, including product presentations, trend research, and market research
• Respond to marketing requests in a timely manner and ensure marketing priorities are being identified and moved forward
• Maintain an accurate database of clients' information, and keep track of prospects communications etc.
• Drive business development activities into new markets
• Previous experience in IT, e-commerce & Web industry
• Use of a CRM system (preferably RedMine)
• Manage website and develop marketing efforts through social media; monitor web analytics and integrated campaign reporting (Social Media Marketing) strategy with a demonstrated track record
• Cold calls, and walking visits to prospect locations
• Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company.
• Researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
• Overall marketing strategy, budgeting, and execution of plans for the existing products.

Qualifications / Competencies:

• University degree is required
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing and related fields
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English.
• Strong computer skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, CRM, CMS
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle priorities, with a high level of accuracy, efficiency and coordination
• Strong work ethic as a team member
• Strong analytical skills with preparing business proposals
• Excellent organizing (detail oriented) and problem solving skills

Plus to have:

• Solid experience in SEO, Google Adwords, online marketing and social media
• Understanding of e-commerce, web, & POS systems
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, YouTube, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Ads
• MBA in IT & Technology
• Google AdWords certification
• Human Resource Knowledge
