TEI’s free mobile app bridges the communication gap between drivers and the office.

Through our mobile app and back office integration, office staff can assign the truck routes and work orders to the driver. A driver can submit their pre-trip checklist, transfers between compartments or trucks, record the bill of lading (BOL), and truck inventory in real-time. Plus, the mobile app notifies the driver of the next actions they may need to take. 

All activities such as opening a ticket, the delivery manifest, tank and volumes, closing a ticket, client signatures, and every part of the delivery process you can think of is  captured instantly.

Our system works just as well offline.

Don’t worry about having drivers being in remote areas with limited service coverage. TEI stores the data in the devices, company wide. Full data synchronization with the back office will happen when the devices are back online.

First, the driver receives their delivery schedule on their mobile app. The driver has to sign off important notes before proceeding to their daily schedule. A pre-trip checklist is already in the app, and is fully customizable to reflect your needs. Through the app, the driver can capture the signatures of clients and attach pictures if required. The mobile app can scan RFID tag/sensors on the tanks and instantly upload unique identifiers of delivery locations to the app, saving time and letting your driver quickly move on to their next delivery unimpeded.
